Knowledge or not Knowledge of their own illegal behaviour

I continue insisting, I'm not lawyer and I don't belong to any security organization, but thanks god I have two eyes, two ears and a head to think, and I answer myself ?

If a person older than 18 years have no knowledge that the action she/he is performing is a crime, only by the simple fact of not knowing it,  it is not a crime. ??????

If a crime can not be proved, it is not a crime, or it is a crime without authorship. ???????
